I am suffering from astoarthratic. Recently have severe knee joint pain. My doctor prescribed one ultra day after dinner. This give me relief upto 4-5 days. I repeat this again. I do not feel any side effect so far. Can I continue this practice. L am taking glucosamine cap. On doctor's advise.
