Partial ACL tear does not usually require operation /. Since u have on going problem with the knee plus fluid ( effusion ) in the knee ; u may also have meniscal tear .

In order of priority. 1st and Most important is Physical therapy. 2nd Drugs . Cosentyx ( Probably not available in India and is very expensive.

Spondilitis is not a diagnosis, it is a common word used in India. Any person with slightest neck or back pain is lebelled as having spondylitis or spondylosis.
