Hello doctor, in 2017 I had ectopic pregnancy, we did laparoscopic surgery, after that in 2019 we tried iui but it fails then doctor suggest to do hsg where we found right tube is blocked and there is fluid inside which is going in uterus, after hsg doctor recommend 2 option, 1 - to remove the right tube and 2- to do the ligation of right tube so the fluid will not pass to the uterus, we go for 2nd option and did laparoscopic surgery of right tube ligation, left tube is coming normal in surgery, also I am taking clindamycin for 14 day to cure the fluid. Please suggest me all above medication taken are ok, and what will be the chance to conceive naturally with left tube, is any medication should be taken in future to conceive naturally. My husband semen is good. Thanks.
