Your problem needs to be evaluated. You need a MRI FISTULOGRAM done before deciding on the treatment. Please get it done and inform.

I keep getting pain in the bottom right side of my abdomen, just above appendix, I believe. It goes off on it's own after a couple of days. Is it to do with my food?

Recurrent pain right lower abdomen you need to get your blood routine, and urine routine done and also ultrasound abdomen before suggesting treatment.
