No it won't respond to medications go for surgery. Delay in treatment might lead to abscess formation.

The stomatch ache is not due to vitamin E take an antacid and antispasmodic it will relieve your pain, consult to get medicine prescribed.

You should take some higer antibiotics and gargfle only with hot wated dosnt make much difference get a private consultation.
