I am 30 years old female. I have sensitive dry skin. Now I am facing from pimples and acne marks on my face. Does safi his useful for acne pimple problem. Pls suggest if any other for my skin.

I have fungal acne on my forehead and doctor gave me clobetasone butyrate and miconazole nitrate cream ,it was working good but suddenly I thought to hit a trial to ketoconazole and salicylic acid lotion 2 days of use day and night was worth and suddenly next day I had more bumps in a cluster aside .what should I do. Should I go back to what doctor gave me ?or should I apply lotion for 10 mins and rinse off. And also I have one or two wound like scar which still has blood clots inside.
