While working in the fitting shop some iron dust entered into my left eye. after 2 days eye become red and its still a bit red after 7 days.What should I do?

Maybe a particle of the iron dust is still in the eye. Do not delay an eye test.Infection can set in if the particle is not removed.

Please get your eyes tested. Either the power is changing or you have a more serious issue. Either way a complete checkup is needed

You can use contact lenses as an alternative to glasses. However if you want a permanent solution , LASIK laser treatment is an option
