U need to get your teeth clean from a dentist it will nkt only clean your teeth but also resolve the bleeding gum problem.

Many a times I get mouth ulcers and sometimes it's 3-4 ulcers at same time. I usually take a vitamin b complex tablet for relief. Any suggestion to avoid this ulcers.
