Hello doctor, I have been suffering from mild sciatica on my right side since last year. Then six months back, I started having mild median nerve pain in both hands. After that both of the pain were on and off but in mild way. Last week I started having stiffness on my lower back and thighs (left side) and had radiating pain as well. It felt little odd to me since my sciatica is on my right side. We took mri of it as per orthopaedist suggestion. Here are the results: 1.seronegative/inflammatory arthropathy with sclerosis, erosion and marrow edema involving sacral and iliac aspect of both si joints could represent sacro ileitis. 2.small synovial effusion noticed in both hip joints.
3. Small bulge on l4-l5 and l5-s1 discs
4. Vitamin d deficiency is this serious issue? Am doing physical therapy daily.

I have some time muscle twitching in random body parts. How can I get rid of it? I always sense of my body activity like heart beat and some time light headache then often go in a minute. I tried my full body checkup with ecg, eco, tmt all seems fine except triglycerides 183, TIBC and UIBC is bit high. I done feel good in evening seems like I am ill or sad. Please suggest how can I get rid of it. It is affecting my life. I am very conscious about my small things of my body. Some time after taking lunch when I sit or lay down. I hear some weired sound with flutter in my middle of chest. My lax is les as I gone through screening of stomach and esophagus. Please guide me what it could be and how I can get resolved it. Sometime I also feel sudden nerve pain from right leg feet its like needle prick. I always think about what is happening to me earlier I was happy and good.

Hi i am 26 years old. I was diagnosed with congenital myopathy and lgmd based on clinical symptoms. Cpk is too high so went for muscle biopsy but could not find anything on report. having contractures in elbow and ankle and spine. Now I feel like I should try something because its progressing in spine mostly I think so. So whoever got idea Please help. Kind off urgent. Help me out.
