Hi I don't think there will be any major improvement with breast enhancing tablets and machines. Best way to increase the size is by breast implants or if you have fat then fat transfer.

No creams or lotions can really enhance the breast size. The breast enchancement can be done effectivley with fat injection or silcon implants depending on the breast size.
