Stop using steroids. A dermatologist can assess degree of your skin damage upon seeing your skin and treat it accordingly.

Hi. Use sunscreen at morning and moisturizer at evening. Avoid any other product application. You should do fine within months time.

The above mentioned cream has steroids in combination with anrifungal drug. So it is not recommended to use it in groin region.
