Looks like a case of recurrent Carcinoma Tongue. The only options are Palliative chemotherapy or Immunotherapy.

Sir, my father (53 year old) is suffering from cancer of carcinoma tongue started from left lateral tongue. It was operated in July 2017. It come back again and than concurrent Radio-chimo was taken in last month, but there is no relief. It is still spreading reach till upper bone of chest. I couldn't not understand what should I do? Should I go for high doses chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Please suggest me.

Treating Oral Thrush

You haven't mentioned the type of CANCER, but most of the stage 4 solid malignancies are not curable and treatment is chemotherapy. Some cancers like Lymhoma or Germ cell tumour can be cured even if in advanced stages.

My brother in law is suffering from cancer 4 stage as per pet scan. And he is only 29 years old pls help me out what can I do for him. Any treatment.

Probably she is having depression, So consult a Psychiatrist. For cancer follow up do check up every 3-6 monthly for 5 years as chance of recurrence is more in first 5 yrs.

Dear Doctor, my aunt feels fear and she says that she can't leave for longer days ESP. When she is alone. Now she is becoming normal form breast cancer which was detected during 2 nd stage and she is treated well. How can we make her mental status normal. Is there any possibility of getting cancer again. The only possibility of cure in liver cancer is resection of liver tumour. As it is advanced disease the only possible therapy is palliative therapy which prolong survival.

My uncle is suffering from liver cancer, it's on 4th stage. Doctors are saying as there is no chance of getting cure he can't survive, and they said as there is only one possibility, ie we can expand his lifespan.
