If the skin is intact, risk of transmission of virus is NIL. Very fragile virus. HIV survival outside body is 1 minute.

Of course story. HIV Virus is very fragile virus, which can not survive outside host (blood) for more than 30secs.

There is no such publications regarding drug induced non reactivity of ICTC test, The test is done in 3 steps. May be laboratory error, old kit, procedure etc.
