It could be because of spine facet lock. Try doing all movement s of shoulder after icing. That should help. Also have a tablet of muscle relaxant. After consulting your ...read full answer

You don't have to continue with medicines for so long. you can go for physical therapy treatment, or chiropractic. That will help resolving your problems very soon.

Hi there. Yes fascial and neck tics can be treated with Osteopathy or craniosacral therapy. But you need good practiced hands for that. Tc stay blessed.

You can apply cold pack or icing over the painful area. Don't use narrow front footwear, and use hallux valgus splint. This should help with the problem to an extent. St ...read full answer
