Please tell your bp readings. Do excercise for 45 minutes. Decrease salt intake take more fruits and vegetables.

It may be dyspepsia or muscular pain. Go for ecg, echo and tmt. If these tests are normal than nothing to worry.

Amlodepine is good drug for elderly people. Telmisartan is good for young people. You can take amlodepine for few days than doses can be changed accordingly.
