Relax, you cannot stop prostate from enlargement. Drugs only help when you have symptoms of prostatism.

You are quite young to have a enlarged prostate. It could be prostatitis. Consult me with all your investigation reports.

Some patients will have urine leaking or incontinence after prostate surgery. You will have to consult your urologist for this problem.
