Get your BMD test done. You can take calcium and vit d3 of any good company for 10 weeks then break for 4 weeks.

You need to get a fresh xray done to see if there are some arthritic changes or screws might be impinging. Final call to be made after proper examination.

If you have severe consistent radicular pain then you can go for root block or endoscopic dissectomy.
