I am 66 years old suffering from prostate enlargement, can not go for surgery, my parents not alive ,cut it short I have no income, have one widow sister she can't helps70 years old two nephews one of them I had hopes he will look after me in my last stages of life but now since he got the job he find a girl and not supporting me ,i had left my wife for him as my sister was not taking care of him at that time I become wall for him, left my wife in mexico city she was super rich had problems with her so did not went back one daughter she is not in touch with any more as my source of income was questionable? Now I am sick have no saving ,all is gone I need medicine and rent ,what to do very much depressed, taking tab. Lextional. 3 mg not helping me now take from 3 years I don't smoke don't drink ,vegetarian, now nephew has avoiding me not supporting me please advise me some medicine, please transfer the question to concern doctor for advise.
