I am Dr. Sugeeta Mutreja, Dietitian/Nutritionist. We here help people achieve good health by eating healthy food. Nowadays, lifestyle disorders have become so common. Lifestyle disorders like diabetes, PCOD, cholesterol and thyroid, ye issues aaj kal bhut common hain. Ye islia hota hai quki hum unhealthy diet lete hain. Ayurveda hume btata hai ki correct way kya hai living ka. Ayurveda is the science of life. Ayurveda me apko btaya jata hai ways of preventing the diseases. Ayurveda hume btata hai ki hume kis trha ka bhojan krna chaiye or regimen follow krna chaiye. Ayurveda is based on 3 pillars. Aahara, brahamcharya and nidra. Aahar is food, Nidra is sleep. Bramcharya is how should we behave. What kind of food we should be eating? That is the basic question we are dealing every day. Aap jo khayenge aap vaise hi ban jayenge.
Food me 5 elements hote hain and hum bhi 5 elements ke bane hain. Aakash, vayu, jaal, prithvi, tez. There are 3 basic prakritis. Vata, pitta, kapha. Food should be very simple. Khana garam hona chaiye. We should eat home cooked food. We should include clarified butter in our diet. Khana ache se digest hota hai. weight loss ke lia hum easily digestible food suggest krte hain. Weight gain ke lia nutritious and digestible food dete hain. Avoid microwave cooked food. Avoid the usage of aluminium vessels. Most important thing is ki aap khane me kya kya khayein. Wheat is recommended in ayurveda. Barley recommend kia jata hai. Ayurveda me moong ki daal ko best mana jata hai. Moong daal moderation me khayein quki ye pitta ko badhata hai. Avoid refined foods. Apko unhealthy food se infertility, eye problem, skin disorder, digestion ka problem ho skta hai. Hume milk ke sath namak nhi lena chaiye.
We should not heat honey. Milk ke sath fish ka combination is disasters. Avoid fruits with milk. Fruits should be taken empty stomach. Apko khud pta hona chaiye ki apko kitni chapati ki requirement hai. You should eat food very slowly. Food ke sare flavors enjoy kriye. Now next part is apka regimen kaisa hona chaiye. In winters eat mole, jaggery because they are good for health. Eat seasonal fruits. First and foremost thing ki apko uthna kab chaiye. You should get up before sun rise. Lekin aisa tab hi krna chaiye jab aap raat ko thik se soye hain. After getting up, you should brush your teeth. Neem use kriye while brushing. Ayurvedic toothpaste use kren. Apko apne muh me bhut sara oil bharna hai. oil pulls out all the toxins from your body. Til ka oil aap apne muh me leke use muh me chalate rhen. Or tab tak chalna hai jab tak ankhon se ansu na aa jaye. Uske baad garam pani se mouth rinse kr lijiye. Is se apke face pe glow ayega and teeth majboot honge. Isse voice clarity hogi. Next is exercise. Hume apne body me massage jrur krna chaiye. Til ke oil se massage kren. Eyes me apko anjan dalna chaiye. Agar aap ye sari chizen follow krte hain to apko inse ek bhut achi life milegi. With this kind of lifestyle, you are definitely going to achieve good health. Stay health and stay happy.
