Have tablet rantac 150mg before food and tablet diclofenac after food when you suspect a symptom (aura). Avoid stress. Stay calm and avoid staying in the sun for long.

It may be conjunctivitis. Apply ciplox eye drops, 2 drops in both eyes, thrice a day. Consult an ophthalmologist if persists.

You should get a complete blood count and test for malaria and dengue done. Also get an ultrasound abdomen done. Have plenty of oral liquids.
