This problem is difficult to diagnose without clinical check up, it may be due to bone loss, or something else please consult to oral surgeon and periodontologist.

U have to take retodril twice, ornidazole 500 mg once and tablet pantocid twice for 3 days and use Listerine or chlorhexidine mouthwash on regular basis
