Avoid fried foods n sweets keep yourself hydrated eat small n frequent meals drink cinnamon n lemon water daily.

Why go for supplements. Go for natural sources to nourish yourself. Eat healthy foods. Lots of fruits n veggies.

First specify what results you looking for- weight loss or weight gain or muscle building. And gym alone does not works, diet is most essential in any of the cases.
