If heart beat is itregular then first do the ecg 12 leads, electrolytes, bp charting and meet with cardiologist.

Sir, I have a coronary artery disease and ckd kidney problem. Daily I use clopidogrel tablets 2 nos & ecosprin 150 mg one tablet and dil 90 one tablets give diet menu.

8 mm size stone are difficult to say for spontaneous removal but up to8 mm stone are reported as spontaneous removal. Pls visit to urologist.
