Hi apply vit c ,vit e and hyaluronic acid serum or night cream which contain kojic acid or arbutin or glycolic acid 6%-10% use a sunscreen of spf 50 or 60.

Hi for facial hair you can go for laser hair reduction. Pigmentation is I think malesma. Advise to consult with dermatologist for better treatment.

Retinol based creams always leads dryness. Better use them with aloevera gel or any other moisture based gel or lotions (cetaphil damm etc.)
