Do not worry about the pain, it will go away in few days (7-10 days). If it persists or you develop increase in pain/ fever/ motor weakness, need to show to a doctor.

Even if you have recovered from jaundice it is advisable to take rest for few weeks to avoid relapses. Diet you can eat all food except fried oily and spicy.
