It should not happen normally. Get your ear examined by specialist. If it is pin point perforation it will heal on it's own.

Unfortunately no medication. In sudden hearing loss steroids are given and with dem there are chances of recovery. If no recovery then hearing aids are the solution. Ste ...read full answer

Yes. If conductive loss due to infection it can be through medication and if structural defect then through surgery.
