Dear lybrate-user, Your mother BP140/80 is normal, for normal blood pressure she can do Anulom vilom Pranayama and Bhramari Pranayama 15 min everyday morning.

Dear lybrate-user, you can do yoga and gym both but it's better you can do yoga in a morning and gym at evening time.
