I have a weak digestion, tendency for constipation but soft mucus stool. Gas & bloating after lunch. Heavy stomach after meals. Acidity sometimes & lethargy.

Consult with more details to me meanwhile try jeera 1 tsp, ajuvine 1 tsp, asafotida 1 pinch mix & crush all take 1 sppon before food 3 times.

Dont worry about that in this age. Have healthy food & good exercise to the body. Relax mind by doing meditation.
