you have to brush twice daily once at night once in morning ... rinse your mouth with mouthwash... two to three times a day ..

the cavity might be deep . due to which you may be having sensitivity.. kindly get an xray done ... to see the depth of cavity.. rest you can use sensodent k toothpaste ...read full answer
