It should not affect u as its a non hormonal method for pcos.try to stick to the advised dosage for u by the doctor.

Do hsg.culture is not necessary unless I direct evidence of tuberculosis present.u can do sonosalpingograpgy also which is similar to hsg for tubal evaluation.
