Mr. lybrate-user you must be under care of a cardiologist. Generally in such cases ICD is required. Listen to your cardiologist, he is the best judge.

Get a repeat ultrasound done. If there is no cardiac activity there is no use continuing the pregnancy. Urine test is not informative enough.

You should visit a gynaecologist with your ultrasound reports. All cyst are not alarming. Gynaecologist would be the best person to advise.
