If the blood flow is low at 27 weeks, it is not normal. It is very common in CKD patients. She should have regular doppler study for the fetus to keep a watch on baby gr ...read full answer

There is no harm in eating ripe papita. In fact it is healthy for her and baby. But she should avoid eating unripe papita.

Likely reason for pain is ovulation. You should have intercourse during this period to get pregnant.
