Sir, demelan cream is safe to use in healthy skin to make fair and it is safe to use 13 to 14skin age.

Hi lybrate-user. No,demelan is not a good cream to use at any age. It has a lot of side effects. It can cause various allergies and permanent depigmentation of the face.
