Due to chest and arm discomfort, high BP 155/110 & high heart rate 130 bpm advised ECG & Echo test. The findings are:-
ECG:
Sinus Tachycardia & Inferior MI (11, aVF)
ECHO:
Concentric LVH, LV Diastolic Dysfunction Grade 1
Doctor ruled out MI in ECG and the following medications prescribed:
nebivolol 5 mg OD
Cilnidipine 10 mg OD
Cilnidipine 10+ Telmisartan 40 mg (night)
Rosuvastatin 10 mg-od
scheduled for Cardiology appointment after a month.
Is the above condition that serious and medications need to be continued life long?
The doctor has advised unless the BP is controlled aggressively there are chances of Ischemia or heart failure.

I am 29 years. I got my complete health check done few months ago. Important observation in the reports -
1. High total bilirubin level
2. Low MCH
3. Extremely low Vitamin D
4. Extremely low Vitamin B12
I have been taking supplements for D and B12.
After I did some reading around this, I could relate my frequent fatigue with the observations found in report. I always feel tired and exhausted. Just wanted to ask how high bilirubin and low MCH is related? My doctor said it could be because of low B12/D levels. So he wanted to fix vitamin deficiency.
