Just visit to dentist near by you and ask them for scaling after that use snowdent paste 2 times a day.

Its very simple procedure and you do not need to worry we just cut the tooth structure for almost 2 mm.

Go for opg and if it is tilter then better to extract that teeth becoyz it can cause discomfort later.
