Continue with paracetamol drops till he has fever and breast feeding. Do not worry about his bringing out cough.

Slight bow legs in this age is quite normal. But you should get his blood tested for vitamin D3, s .calcium and alkaline phosphates.

Sir, get her haemoglobin checked. If less then she needs iron tonic along with multivitamin syrup. This will recover her apetite.

Hi, if your son is having asthama then instead of oral medicine he should be put on asthalin inhalers and if required steroid inhaler.

Hi, yes of course you can start top feeds after 6 maths of age. Start with semisolid khichri small katori twice a day.
