Today, I am going to talk about the ill effects of pollution on our lungs and respiratory system and how to prevent them. Jesa ki aap sab jaante hain, bharat mein air pollution badhta hi jaa raha hai, jisko rokne mein hum asamarth hain. Jab bhi humara dhyaan air pollution ki taraf jata hai, tab hum gaadiyon se nikalne wale dhuen ke baare mein hi sochte hain, but hum bhool jaate hain ki ek indoor air pollution bhi hota hai, jo paint fumes, hair spray, air freshners, pollen, dust in sab se hota hai. Air pollution se hone waale dusht prawahon ko humne kabhi na kabhi anubhav kiya hai - jese itching in the eyes, throat cough, sneezing, breathlessness. But we also should know that, air pollution can also lead to very serious and fatal diseases, when we expose the pollution for a long time. Usually asthamatics, diabetics, elderly people and pregnant women are most affected by the air pollution. But aaj kal itne zyda air pollution me vo log bhi itne zyda affect ho rahe hai jinko pehle se koi bhi bimaari nahi hai. Air pollution se hone waale dusht prabhavo mein asthama, chronic bronchitis, even cancer tak bimaariyan shamil hain. Asthama jisko hum nazarandaaz kar dete hai or inhalers or normal anti bioics se treat krte hai, vo ek jaanleva bimaari bhi ban skta hai jab asthama ka attack hota hai. Reh gayi baat cancer ki, sab jaante hai cancer ek jaanleva bimaari hai. Ab hum aatey hai precautions pe, how to prevent the ill effects of the pollution. For outdoor air pollution, hume apne area ke air quality index par nazar rakhni chahiye. Jin dino air quality index kharaab ho, un dino ghar se bahar nikalne se bachna chahiye. Doctor mask, jese ki N95 ka istemal krna chahiye. Indoor air pollution se bachna bohot kathin baat hai, hume apne gharo mein carpeting or kam se kam pardon ka pryog krna chahiye. Regular vaccume cleaning karni chaie or air conditioner me jo filters hotey hai unhe regularly saaf karna chaie. Mujhe aasha hai yeh jaankaari aapke liye laabhdayak rahegi.
