results are better.... follow same with diet and other lifestyle changes.... don't know about ayurveda in this context.....

Insulin can be revised to once daily dosage and can be taken anytime. Before or after. Visit your doctor with fasting and pp blood sugar level.

It is normal blood sugar. According to reports. Do you have any symptoms of hypoglycemia at this level. Did you checked from glucometer machine or from Laboratory?
