That may be bcoz of the filling/restoration, this happens when the cavity is deep or approaches to nerve/pulp, in that case we do rct

Don' t give any medicines w/o consulting to the doctor, take her to the dentist, after proper examination he/she can tell u the exact treatment & medicines.

If the carious part reaches the nerve, then RCT is the only treatment, or if cavity dont exposes the nerve, then simple fillin
