Well for this she needs review if symptoms are persistent. Also if routine blood tests were not done and sos sigmoidoscopy and biopsy. Otherwise treatment part looks ok.

Well for ibs we generally do endoscopy colonoscopy with routine tests. It can be controlled but cannot be completely get rid off. That all depends.

Get your lft cbc checked. Since how long you are on trak 4. It may affect liver which was reflected in a way of vomiting pain abdomen.
