The diet of baby should be manage first. Give him 5-6 snacks per day besides breast milk n supplement syrup BB24 5 ml twice a day n syrup A to Z 5 ml twice a day.

My baby age 8months old , baby growth is not that much past, now baby weight is 4.5 kgs. When baby born time 1.8 kgs.
