Hello doctor, I am suffering from upper back pain and chest pain from last 8-9 months. My pain occurred at some days of regular intervals .as I feel and realized that it occurs more and heavily after doing some physical work which includes household work especially after washing dishes and clothes. Dear Sir,
I am suffering from mild tmj muscle spasms. But it does not cause any pain. Only there is clicking sound when I stretch my jaw so does it requires any treatment. I checked up with oral and maxofacial surgeon and also done x rays and opg of tmj but it does not shows any abnormalities. Dentist suggested me exercises and laser therapy and I did it. So does it really requires treatment or not. Please suggest.
