Jaise jo college going hai ya school going hai. Maximum parents ko bhi dikat aati hai ki unko kya khana chahiye ya bacho ko bhi nahi samajh mein aata ki unko kya apni daily routine life mein include karna chahiye. Toh uske liye mein aap ko kuch points batana chahoongi. Jaise hume sabse pehle students ko ek habit hoti hai ki morning time mein jaldi mein hote hai, jald baazi mein hote hai toh unka breakfast skip ho jata hai. So don’t skip your breakfast, have a healthy breakfast because aap ka sabse ek main meal breakfast ho jata hai kyunki uske baad ho sakta hai because of classes or because of aap ka busy schedule, lunch skip kar sakta ho but still breakfast pe aapko dhyaan dena hai. Agar aap healthy breakfast loge then the whole day you feel more active and more energetic, aap apne study pe concentrate kar sakte ho. Toh hume breakfast zaroor lena chahiye.

Jese jese aap weight reduce karna shuru dete ho wese he apke knees pe pressure padna kam hojata hai. Islie zaruri hai ki aap weight reduce karne ke sath sath aap kuch aur cheezein bhi include kar sakte ho, jese ki aap roughage include kar sakte ho.

  • Roughage me aap more of vegetables, more of salad jese ki brocolli, spinish etc use karoge to that will be more beneficial.

Toh, uric acid mein agar aap diet ka dhyan rakhoge toh aapko jo pain ho raha hai uric acid ke jaise joint pain, ya fir inflammation toh un cheezon se aap recover kar sakte ho. Usme aapko kya cheezein dekhna hai, diet mein kya kya cheezein include karna chahiye jo uric acid ko kam kar sakta hai.

Sabse pehle aur important factor aapke uric acid ke liye water intake. Aap jitna bhi water intake karoge apne daily basis pe utna hi aapka uric acid kam hoga. Uske liye I will suggest go for minimum 10-12 glasses of water per day jisse ki aapke toxins bhi bahar nikalte hai aur toxins ke sath sath aapka uric acid bhi bahar nikalta hai body se.
