My son will complete 6 months. Shall we start with Cerelac ,nan pro 2 and cow milk and rice kheer in cow milk?

You can start cerelac stage 1 (rice /wheat) and nan pro 2 but avoid cows milk to youe baby turns one as cows milk triggers. Allergies in some children.

It depends on the illness common illness will need 70 mg (7 ml) in two divided doses but there are conditions where double this dose is also advised.
