Started my career as a consultant nutritionist with ozone fitness and spa doing multiple short-term assignments with Indian football federation, United Nations. Having studied Food sciences from the prestigious University of Queensland, I began spreading nutrition wisdom to a wider audience while being associated with Fitness First India Pvt Limited as their Nutrition Consultant.
I am a published author and have worked previously with a 5 star wellness retreats in india , spearheaded wellness company abroad and in my last role served a corporate client conducting diet sessions, workshops, webinars for more than 100 global corporate clients to promote wellness lifestyle. Currently I am associated as a Honorary advisor with wellness Lifestyle company and freelance.
