May be you are suffering from bppv. An ent surgeon who treat vertigo will be able to diagnose it. You may need to do certain positional menuvure. It's curable.

Hello doctor, my question is related to vertigo.
In 2017 I met with accident was unconscious for 3 hur. When I wakeup still there was no sign for any illness but after 6 hurs there was swelling on my left face and started vomiting on an average 6 to 8 time before gtg admit.
After two days in hospital all of sudden I felt uneasy, vomit and while taking turn my head started rotating 360 degree then neuro surgeotook my case and said its vertigo. Started treatment with vertin 16 mg and physiotherapy. It's was cure in 5 mnth. Now it's been 2.5 years but now am facing same vertigo when my sleep is disturb and not completing mre thn 6 hur sleep or am tensed, loud music (movie hall), if my shouting on anyone if am angry. If all of sudden I get up frm my sleep. I have taken treatment but I face same challenges. please suggest if its curable or not. It will be always with me.

I am 21 years old boy .suffering frm severe cough. Fever on n on and my sputum reports say that gram positive cocci in pair chains group seen .gram negative bacilli seen. 5-6/epithelial cells/ lpf seen. 5-6/plus cells/ lpf seen non pathogenic organisms isolated. What is the actual matter m unable to figure out. Please help.

I have received a blow to my left ear 1 day ago. I started to hear a ringing sound for some time. After some time, the ringing sound disappeared but from then my left ear is feeling clogged and I am not able to hear properly with my left ear. A little pain is also there in my ear. I feel there is a rupture in my left eardrum because when I press my nose and blow out air, I feel and hear air coming out of the eardrum. Will this lead to permanent hearing loss? Will it heal automatically and should I consult a doctor? What precautions should I take so that middle ear infections do not take place?

most likely a bleeding fron inside the nose or sinuses. . keep nose moist. please do at least an x Ray pns. if not CT scan pns. . take sinus treatment if indicated

My age is 24, since one week I am having mild cough and cold, but in the morning when I wake up there is little discharge of blood, no abnormalities in the blood and no pain, neither any fever just little cough and cold and also the blood discharge goes away after 2-3 spits, yes I have been rigorously clearing my throat and facing acidity, is this a big reason to worry because there is no breathing problems associated with it also.
