You can do. Intake 5-6 meals in a day. Don't skip breakfast. Increase protien in your diet. Intake water 3-4 liter per day. You need personalized diet.

8.30 breakfast then intake next meal after 2 hr .chana Gud, Sattu, buttermilk, banana, peanuts, etc.
