I have continuous pain and lethargy feeling in both leg, specially below knee up-to all over foot including sole portion. I have undergone MRI tests and lipid profile, as per my tests reading on sept-2018, MRI report is not showing any nerve compression. However, lipid profile showing vitamin D low value of 26 ng/ml and uric acid readings shows 3.3 mg/dl values. According to my doctor there is nothing serious in the test results and he suggested for vitamin D course only for 12 weeks. I have already gone through vitamin D course during march-18 for improving vitamin D value which was found 15 in test results on sept 2016, but there is no significant relief in pain. I have sitting job of around 8 hrs/day and physical activity is very minimal. Please suggest what action I should follow and approach to which treatment specialization.
