This could be due to dryness (post Lasik). Use Refresh liquigel (or any tear substitute. 3-4 times a day.

This could be due to under rest or lack of sleep. Take proper rest & nutrition. You can also consult an ophthalmologist for any refractive error.

Twitching of eyelids is due to nerve irritation. It is a self limiting problem which will cure on it's own.
