This is not a problem. Its normal. Testes don't comes abnormally forward, it may go abnormally upward.

My left testicle appears to be displaced from its position in forward dxn and bigger in size when testes are tightened. And there is no pain in testes. Please tell me whats the actual problem is?

HI, I am having pain in the left side of my brain while going to sleep sometimes, basically most of the time
And unnecessary disturbing thoughts came in mind while going sleep and it keeps on rewinding.
(i once got puchned at the face while in the boxing match half month back which cause nose bleeding, not severe. Does that leads to a blood clot which is leading to stroke?
